If you only take one ALTA/NSPS Standards course this is the one. There are so many nuances to Schedule A that just assuming it’s a laundry list can really run up your cost. There are a lot of ways to modify the 19 items (let alone the ones that can be added) that can really drive up research and field costs, let alone increase liability. Gary does a good job of identifying common pitfalls.
