Corner Perpetuation and Filing (CCR) in Oklahoma

This course covers the requirements land surveyors licensed in Oklahoma must follow with respect to corner perpetuation and corner documents filing when conducting property boundary surveys.  Some examples provided in the instructions are discussed and so are some of the exceptions that reflect peculiarities in the way the U.S. Public Land Survey system was laid out in the state.  While the predominant discussions are about sectionalized land, the instruction manual’s discussion of which corners that are pertinent to land located within platted subdivisions is also covered.
