Gaining a deeper understanding of Riparian and Littoral Rights Short Course

Laura Ayers focused on the key points of her topic clarifying the fundamentals of what we are likely to encounter when surveying along rivers, lakes and tidal water bodies. Understanding when these principles are applied and her citing of selected law supporting why and how they are applied was extremely helpful. This practical review was invaluable. Looking forward to a day long future seminar.
