ALTA/NSPS 2021 Standards – Highlights of What’s Changed

The ALTA/NSPS Standards have been revised and the new version became effective on February 23, 2021, as the 2021 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys. This 23-minute summary will provide insight into the primary changes (The Highlights) that the surveyor will find in the 2021 standards as compared to the 2016 version.
